What are the requirements to rent a car?
Answer: To rent a car, you must be at least 19 years old with a valid Malaysian driver’s license and a credit card (or another approved payment method). A valid identity card (IC) or passport is also required for identification.
How old do I need to be to rent a car?
Answer: You must be at least 19 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Answer: Yes, basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional insurance options, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Theft Protection (TP), are available for extra charges.
Can I extend my rental period?
Answer: Yes, you can extend your rental period. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time to request an extension.
What happens if I return the car late?
Answer: Late returns may incur additional charges based on the hourly or daily rental rate. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible.
Are there any mileage restrictions?
Answer: No, we offer unlimited mileage within Peninsular Malaysia. However, additional fees may apply for travel beyond this region.
Can I pick up the car at one location and drop it off at another?
Answer: Yes, but an additional one-way drop-off fee may apply depending on the locations. Please inform us of your drop-off location when booking.
Is it possible to rent a car with a driver?
Answer: Yes, we offer rental cars with a driver for an additional fee. Please inquire when making your booking for more information.
Do I need to return the car with a full tank of fuel?
Answer: Yes, the car should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up. Otherwise, a refueling charge will be applied.
